Job Summary:

FSK & Partners is seeking a detail-oriented

ELV Site Inspector

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying ELV system installations on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This includes CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, PA systems, and other low-voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect ELV installations to ensure accuracy and compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards. Verify proper cable routing, device placement, connectivity, and labeling. Identify, document, and report deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions. Assist with testing and commissioning of ELV systems before handover. Prepare detailed inspection reports, logs, and non-conformance records. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams to resolve on-site issues. Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and site safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field. Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, PA, and related systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and experience preparing site reports. Familiarity with local standards, regulations, and international codes for ELV systems.
