We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with 2 to 4 years of proven success in ELV sales (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA Systems, Fire Alarm, etc.) within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals, especially with contractors, consultants, and facility management companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for ELV systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools and regular reporting.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in ELV systems sales within the UAE (preferably Sharjah region).
Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, and other ELV solutions.
Existing network of contacts with contractors, consultants, and FM companies is a strong plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
