Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities



1. Sales and Business Development



Identify and develop new business opportunities in

ELV systems

such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Public Address, and other low-voltage solutions. Generate sales leads through market research, networking, client visits, and follow-ups. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients, consultants, and contractors. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales while maintaining profitability. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Follow up on quotations, proposals, and ongoing projects to ensure timely closure. Handle client inquiries professionally and provide technical and commercial support. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing post-sales support issues in coordination with the service team.

3. Coordination and Reporting



Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM or company systems. Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market strategies to support business planning.

4. Market and Product Knowledge



Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and innovations in ELV systems. Attend product trainings, exhibitions, and vendor events to enhance technical understanding. Provide feedback to management regarding market demand, pricing, and new opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ELV system sales or related technical field. Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Networking Systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. UAE driving license (preferred).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
