Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups for CCTV and ELV solutions.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate product specifications and solution designs.
Maintain and update the customer database, sales records, and reports.
Track orders from receipt to delivery and installation, ensuring timely execution.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
Assist in planning sales campaigns and marketing activities.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Liaise with suppliers/vendors for product availability, pricing, and technical details.
Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum
2-4 years' experience
in sales coordination, preferably in CCTV, security, or ELV systems.
Good knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security solutions is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
