The ELV Sales Associate supports the sales and account management team in business development and sales administration. The role is KPI-driven and focuses on lead management, customer communication, and internal coordination rather than direct sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Enterprise Account Manager in planning and executing daily sales activities.
Conduct business development calls to secure introductory meetings.
Arrange customer meetings and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Understand first-level customer requirements and provide basic information.
Coordinate with Presales, Technical, and Account Management teams for proposal/solution preparation.
Handle customer email communications and follow-ups.
Support Project Team for smooth project delivery.
Assist Finance Team with payment follow-ups.
Maintain sales tracking and lead-to-closure reports.
Qualifications & Experience
1-3 years sales/presales experience in ELV systems or active components (preferred).
Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Qualified leads generated and meetings arranged.
Timely proposal coordination and customer communication.
Accuracy of sales tracking and reporting.
Support effectiveness in project delivery coordination and payment collection support.
Employment Terms & Benefits
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Decent salary plus commission
Probation Period: 3 months (confirmation based on performance)
