Key Responsibilities - main duties, responsibilities, and outputs of the role.
1. Responsible for designing and implementing CCTV, Access Control and BMS.
2. Document control, creation, and revision of various technical documents including Functional Engineering Specifications, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations, Method Statements, Pre-Commissioning Tests, Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance tests, Performance acceptance tests.
3. Design and Delivery of command-and-control software.
4. Manage projects from initial design phase through to commissioning.
5. Commissioned and tested new systems to ensure operational readiness and compliance with project specifications.
6. Supported system and new installations prior to customer hand over.
7. Participate in commissioning and handover of property.
8. Develop and Manage plan project.
9. Managing the changes to client's requirements.
10. Allocating resources and mitigating resources conflicts for each project.
11. Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to hand over for all ELV system.
