Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced ELV Project Engineer (SIRA Approved) to manage and execute Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system projects from design through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with SIRA, local authority regulations, and project specifications, while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Project Management

Plan, execute, and oversee ELV projects including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Structured Cabling, SMATV/IPTV, Intercom, PAGA, and BMS interfaces Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors Prepare project schedules, method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals Monitor project progress, costs, and resource allocation

2-Technical & Engineering:

Review IFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs Design and engineer ELV systems in compliance with SIRA, Dubai Police, Civil Defence, and other authority requirements Conduct site surveys and technical assessments Provide technical guidance to site engineers and technicians

3-Authority Compliance (SIRA):

Ensure all ELV security systems comply with SIRA regulations and standards Prepare and submit SIRA documentation, drawings, and approvals Coordinate inspections and approvals with SIRA authorities Support system testing, commissioning, and final approval

4-Installation & Commissioning:

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities Ensure quality control and adherence to approved drawings and standards Resolve technical issues and site challenges efficiently

5-Documentation & Handover:

Prepare as-built drawings, test reports, O&M manuals, and handover documents Conduct system demonstrations and training for end users Support project close-out and final acceptance

6-Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering Valid SIRA Approval/Certification (Mandatory) Minimum 3-7 years of ELV project engineering experience in the UAE Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Security Systems Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and standards Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ELV design tools Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills Valid UAE driving license preferred
