1. Collaborating with the design team to prepare technical specifications and system designs for ELV systems
such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, public address systems, building automation, and structured
cabling.
2. Install and maintain ELV systems: Responsible for carrying out site activities not limited to installation,
configuration of ELV systems(CCTV,ACS, Structured cabling, wireless communication and networking)
3. Well versed with SIRA regulation and FOV requirement
4. Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the
project.
5. Scheduling work activities and managing resources, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered on
time.
6. Well aware of Health and safety standards
7. Conduct site surveys to gather required information and assess site conditions for optimal system
implementation.
8. Supervise on-site installation and troubleshooting, ensuring safety and adherence to specifications.
9. Can conduct site survey and prepare survey report
