We are seeking an experienced ELV Project Engineer to oversee and deliver high-quality ELV systems projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, installation, and management of various ELV systems, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate ELV projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Manage installation and configuration of advanced CCTV systems, including IP camera setup and server configuration.
Oversee structural cabling, SMATV, Intercom, Networking & WiFi systems, Gate Barriers, and Access Control Systems.
Conduct site meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities confidently and professionally.
Review and approve technical drawings and project submittals.
Allocate manpower efficiently and manage project resources.
Ensure compliance with standards and client specifications.
Attending consultant's inpections.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in project planning and execution of ELV systems.
Must hold a valid driving license.
Strong background in structural cabling, Intercom, Networking, and AV & BGM
Familiarity with CCTV, Access Control , Gate Barriers and Access Control Systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work on technical and drawing submittals effectively.
Skills:
Strong project management and planning skills.
Ability to lead site meetings and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in technical documentation and drawings.
Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
