We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ELV Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and prior experience in managing ELV projects, with expertise in a range of systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, disabled toilet alarm, PAVA, AV, and gate barrier systems. The ELV Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of ELV projects from inception to delivery, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ELV Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and prior experience in managing ELV projects, with expertise in a range of systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, disabled toilet alarm, PAVA, AV, and gate barrier systems. The ELV Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of ELV projects from inception to delivery, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage ELV projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to project requirements, budgets, and schedules.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Develop project proposals, technical designs, and installation plans in collaboration with clients and project stakeholders.
- Procure materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving project-related challenges.
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to address project requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, progress reports, and as-built documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in ELV systems and integration.
- 2 years UAE Experience will be Required
- Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- UAE Experience in ELV: 2 year (Required)
- Abu Dhabi (Required)
- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (Required)
