Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

ELV & Fire Life Safety Sales/Project Engineer

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in

ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling)

and

Fire Life & Safety systems (Fire Alarm, Firefighting, Emergency Lighting, and Central Battery)

.

The role combines

technical sales and project management

, requiring the ability to develop business opportunities, prepare proposals, manage ongoing projects, and ensure all works comply with

SIRA

and

UAE Civil Defense

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV and Fire Life Safety systems. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure projects. Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion. Review designs, technical submittals, and drawings to ensure compliance with

SIRA

,

Civil Defense

,

NFPA

, and

UAE Fire & Life Safety Codes

. Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of systems. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery. Prepare documentation including method statements, material submittals, and as-built drawings. Liaise with

Dubai Civil Defense

and other authorities for approvals and inspections. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, technologies, and competitor activities. Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in

ELV and Fire Life Safety systems

within the UAE market. Bachelor's degree in

Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Communication Engineering

. Strong technical and commercial knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Firefighting systems. Familiarity with

SIRA

and

Civil Defense

regulations (certifications are an advantage). Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision. UAE Driving License preferred. Immediate joiner is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven UAE experience in both sales and execution of ELV & Fire Life Safety projects. Established network of clients, consultants, and contractors. Hands-on experience in

testing, commissioning, and authority approvals

. Existing

SIRA

or

Civil Defense Engineer Approval

is a plus.
