Job Description

We are seeking a

proactive and experienced ELV Engineer

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the

installation, commissioning, and maintenance

of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems in

high-end residential and villa projects

. You'll work with a variety of smart systems including

CCTV, IP Video Intercoms, Audio Sound Systems, Wi-Fi Access Points, and Smart Gate Automation

, ensuring seamless integration, top-tier performance, and compliance with project and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, test, and commission

the following ELV systems: CCTV Surveillance Systems IP Video Intercom Systems Audio Sound Systems Wi-Fi Access Points Smart Gate Automation and Controls Conduct

preventive and corrective maintenance

, including diagnostics and troubleshooting. Interpret

technical drawings

,

schematics

, and

product manuals

for proper implementation. Perform detailed

system inspections

to ensure compliance with client and project specifications. Prepare and maintain accurate

documentation

, including: Installation and commissioning reports System testing results Maintenance and service logs Collaborate effectively with

project managers

,

engineers

, and

site teams

to meet delivery timelines. Ensure proper

cable management

, termination, and labeling according to industry standards. Adhere to all relevant

safety procedures

,

site protocols

, and

company policies

. Provide

technical support

, guidance, and training to clients or end-users when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma

in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.

2+ years of experience

in ELV systems installation, testing, and maintenance (preferably in villas or residential developments). Strong technical knowledge of

low-voltage systems

and

network infrastructure

. Ability to read and understand

technical diagrams

and work independently on-site. Proficiency in using ELV-specific tools and testing equipment. Excellent

problem-solving skills

and

attention to detail

. Good verbal and written

communication skills

in English. Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to various project locations when required.
