Job Description
Job Summary:
The ELV Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems within the facility. This includes but is not limited to gate barriers, CCTV, access control, public address systems, and structured cabling. The role ensures optimal performance, safety, and compliance with relevant standards and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of ELV systems such as gate barriers, CCTV, access control, and intercoms. Diagnose and repair faults in ELV systems to minimize downtime. Monitor the health of all systems and maintain logs and documentation. Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or upgrades. Ensure all systems comply with safety and operational standards. Support new installations and modifications to existing systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or bachelors degree in electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications or related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in ELV systems maintenance in UAE. Strong knowledge of CCTV, gate barriers, access control, and related ELV infrastructure. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
