SAMA Integrated Smart Systems specializes in providing services from system design to material supply, implementation, integration with other systems and maintenance all over UAE. Our main focus is providing solutions such as CCTV, Access Controls, Gate Barriers, PABGM (Public Address with Back Ground Music ), SMARTV, Digital Signage and AV, Control Rooms, Structural cabling and IP telephony.

We are recruiting a ELV Engineer with good knowledge of ELV systems, CCTV systems, Structured cabling, PA systems, Access control system, Audio systems, and other ELV systems.

In this role you will have the opportunity:

To advance your career and be trained by the top engineers in the industry, work in multiple sites and various type of establishments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must have good experiences and expert knowledge of storage, server, switch, and VMS configurations

CCTV, ACS,PA & etc Troubleshooting as per requirements

Supervise a team of technicians and provide necessary support when required

24/7 support availability

Daily work on incidents, service requests

LAN, WAN, WIFI, Router & access point configuration

Analyse and clarify customer technical inquiries

Maintain credentials of all sites

UAE Driver\'s License is an Advantage

Reliability, Ability to work under pressure and ability to precise in communication are must.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor\'s degree or a related field.

Minimum of 3 or more years\' ELV Engineer experience in Low Current Security Systems

Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).

Comfortable handling confidential information and documents.

Able to accept criticism and work well under pressure.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Working conditions/Physical Requirements:

Work will generally take place during day shift hours; special circumstances may require weekend or shift work. Work may include travel within the United Arab Emirates. Work can take place both indoors and outdoors. The job may include extended periods of standing, lifting of heavy objects, or repetitive tasks and the use of lifts, ladders, or scaffolding. Work may include use of hand and power tools.
