Job Title: ELV Cabling Technician

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (UAE Experience Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ELV Cabling Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, termination, and testing of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, with a strong understanding of UAE standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, terminate, and test ELV systems including but not limited to:

CCTV

Access Control

Structured Cabling (Cat6, Cat6A, Fiber Optics)

Public Address Systems

Intercom and SMATV systems

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and layout plans.

Perform cable pulling, dressing, labeling, and termination.

Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.

Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.

Adhere to safety and quality standards as per UAE regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on ELV cabling experience in the UAE.

Familiarity with ELV systems and structured cabling standards.

Ability to use tools and testing equipment relevant to ELV systems.

Basic knowledge of electrical safety and installation practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.

Willing to work day or night shifts as site demands

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical diploma or certification in Electrical/Electronics or related field.

Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
