THE OPPORTUNITY
Elite US law firm looking for a junior to midlevel associate to join top tier Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration Group. The Firm\'s clients include sovereign states, oil and energy companies, large telecommunication entities, financial institutions, healthcare companies, construction and manufacturing firms. The Firm is known for its track record in handling high-profile Investor-State arbitrations, representing both investor and sovereigns in landmark arbitrations. The Firm also routinely represents major global corporations in well known commercial arbitrations.
- The successful candidate will have good generalist experience handling litigation and arbitration disputes under English law.
- Experience handling UAE related disputes (before the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts, the Abu Dhabi Global Markets Courts) is advantageous.
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills, being a team player and have the ability to demonstrate initiative.
- High level of academic achievement.
- England & Wales and common law qualified candidates with 2-5 years PQE experience are welcome to apply.
