What We Offer

For Leadership Roles:

Fixed salary up to AED 30,000 50% commission on self-sales (with no targets attached) 12% team overrides 3% company equity shares Quarterly appraisals of 10-16%

For Individual Contributor Roles:

High fixed salaries Commissions up to 35% (quarterly slabs, no sales targets) 10% quarterly performance appraisals Access to exclusive marketing leads & premium developer tie-ups

For All Roles:

50% advance commission payouts Visa sponsorship from day one A dynamic, growth-driven environment with global exposure

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in real estate sales (Dubai/UAE experience preferred) Strong communication, negotiation & client-handling skills Leadership capabilities (for senior roles) Drive to excel in a fast-paced, competitive market
