The Elevator Sales Manager will oversee the sales and business development of elevator systems and services within the Affordable Group of Companies. This role is responsible for building client relationships, developing sales strategies, and driving growth across both new installations and maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for elevator products and services.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with developers, contractors, and property managers.
Lead negotiations and close deals for new elevator installations, modernization projects, and service agreements.
Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic advantages.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in elevator or vertical transportation industry sales.
Strong network within the construction, real estate, or property management sectors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
