Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) for elevators and escalators in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
Inspect, test, and diagnose equipment to identify faults and potential failures.
Carry out minor repairs, adjustments, and part replacements during maintenance visits.
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, checklists, and maintenance records.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
Coordinate with supervisors and fellow technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
Report critical or major technical issues promptly to the technical team or management.
Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory for efficient execution of work.
Requirements
Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum
2+ years of hands-on experience
in elevator and/or escalator maintenance.
Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, components, and safety protocols.
Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and use diagnostic tools.
Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in confined spaces when required.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Valid driving license is preferred.
