. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships to expand the company's client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for New Sales or AMC services Sales in
Elevator & HVAC related services
.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Prepare, customize, and present professional proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate scoping of services and deliverables.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports in line with company procedures.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 year of proven sales experience
in any of the following industries:
Elevator AMC Sales
HVAC AMC Sales
Fire Fighting Systems Sales
Construction Services Sales Etc.
License/Certification:
UAE Driving License
