Elementary Grade 2 Teacher - Dubai, ASAP 2022 Curriculum: US Contract: 2 years Salary 12,000 AED per month Tax Free Accommodation - One bed apartment Contract: 2 years This International School founded in 2016, is currently open from KG to Grade 7 however, will organically grow to reach Grade 12. They are seeking progressive Teachers who can develop their school into one of the premier international schools in the region. Teachers will be supervised with strong professional development together with in-school mentoring. This campus has already achieved an elevated level of sophistication with the employment, development and retention of outstanding teachers and staff. Rigorous standards for both curriculum and instruction are embedded in the philosophy and structure of the school. The school is accredited with the NESA (Near South East Asia) Council for International Schools (Worldwide). They are committed to a culture of on-going school improvement. Integration with the broader community is encouraged with key areas being sports, the arts, and volunteer services. Requirements: Vacancy in Grade 2 for an ASAP start.
- Bachelor's or a Master's degree with a valid teaching certificate/license in content area and/or related field
- Candidates with progressive school experience preferred (PBL, IBPYP or MYP, or Montessori/Reggio Emilia)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in the same subject that matches your qualification
- US Common Core Curriculum experience preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a North American teaching qualification
- Salary - AED 12,000 AED per month
- Housing stipend - AED 3,750 (USD1020) per month or furnished 1 bed apartment
- Paid summer and holidays
- End of service bonus according to the UAE regulations
- Work Visa provided
- Flights - annual airfare provided by the school
