The Role: We are looking for an Electronic Engineer with broad experience in Radar modules and boards assemblies bring-up, setting to work and testing, to join our product development team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced electronic engineer to join our R&D team here in Abu Dhabi. The person required for this role will be responsible for the test and eventually the design of electronic circuit boards for our products. The selected candidate will conduct the setting to work, troubleshooting and low-level (laboratory) integration of key products. The candidate will have the responsibility to manage the product life cycle test and handover to production. Key Responsibilities: Incorporating Design Change Requests and performing robust Root Cause Analysis and Lessons Learned. Conducting design evaluations, verifications and proving trials. Generating reports, test specifications and verification procedures, manuals, and master data Providing technical support and fault diagnosis for internal customers, such as production, test departments and procurement. Support staff training for succession planning and reduction of any single point failures. Elaboration of automated test procedure and test fixtures, Participation in continuous improvement initiatives as necessary.

Experience & Skills The key skills and qualities of an Electronic Engineer are: Master's degree in electronics from a well ranked university Strong experience in electronics design and development skills, microprocessor integration, and analogue circuit design. Experience in radar subsystems and systems will be a great advantage, Strong and demonstrable ability in fault diagnosis. Good and demonstrable knowledge of safety compliance. Excellent communication skills, time management and organizational skills. Professional level written and spoken English 3-5 years + experience. . PCB layout CAD skills (Altium will be an advantage) Knowledge of PCBA fabrication process. Ability to perform minor rework on PBAs Good and demonstrable knowledge of EMC Compliance. Experience of conducting hardware qualification testing Experience in product life cycle and procedure.
