Electronic Assembler

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented

Electronic Assembler

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

precision assembly, micro-soldering, testing, and inspection of electronic components and devices

in accordance with technical specifications and strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring according to schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions; Perform

precision and micro-soldering

of small and delicate components on printed circuit boards (PCBs); Work with

very small, high-precision cables

featuring

fine conductors, thin insulation, tight bend radius requirements, and strict impedance and signal-integrity constraints

; Perform assembly and soldering tasks

under a microscope

or magnification systems; Install, route, strip, terminate, and secure fine-gauge cables with extreme accuracy; Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and workmanship standards; Test and troubleshoot assembled devices to verify electrical and functional performance; Identify defects, rework assemblies when required, and document issues accurately; Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work area; Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies; Participate in continuous improvement of assembly and quality processes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in

electronic assembly

or a similar precision manufacturing role (preferred); Proven experience with

micro-soldering

of small components (SMT, fine-pitch parts, miniature connectors); Ability to

work confidently under a microscope

for extended periods; Experience working with

very small, lightweight, and high-accuracy cables

that require precise handling, minimal mechanical stress, and strict routing tolerances; Strong proficiency in soldering techniques and use of hand tools; Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions

; Solid understanding of electronic components and basic circuit functionality; Excellent manual dexterity, steady hands, and exceptional attention to detail; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
