Electronical Quality Engineer

Job Description
Monitor and ensure the overall quality of electronic products throughout the production process. Read and interpret electronic schematics, technical drawings, and related documentation with accuracy. Prepare and maintain company quality documents, including quality manuals, procedures, and reference product samples (master/golden/reference samples). Support and actively participate in the introduction and implementation of new products. Collaborate with internal teams and relevant departments to resolve electronic product quality issues. Take part in root cause analysis (RCA), openly share insights, and challenge cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, electronic science, or a closely related field. Experience or background in electronics manufacturing is considered an advantage. Strong interest and understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes, methods, and technologies.
