We are seeking a Electronic Design & Component Engineer to join our Middle East R&D team in Dubai, UAE.
This position will be responsible for supporting product redesign and innovation efforts by contributing to schematic and layout development, quality validation, and value engineeirng, while integrating industry best practices for cost-effective and manufacturable solutions.
What youll do:

• Work closely with VAVE and product engineering team to understand existing product requirements
• Support design/redesign of products for value engineering, innovation and sustenance
• Monitor Critical to quality (CTQ) factors before and after redesign activities to proof potential improvements
• Support testing process to create realistic quality picture
• Leveraging current industry trends, bring in best practices to include in design to cost and design for manufacture
• Support projects to complete schematics and layout design within required timeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Micro Controller / Processor based electronics design is a primary requirement
• Aspiration to develop and progress career in embedded engineering, focusing on electronic design
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent at communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
• Skilled at conflict management, dealing with ambiguity and change management
