Electromechanical Engineer - Contracting & Systems Installation



About the Role:

We are seeking an Electromechanical Engineer to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electromechanical systems in building projects. You will work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across various commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and oversee installation of electromechanical systems Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installations Supervise technical teams during project execution Conduct system testing and quality assurance Prepare technical specifications and work plans Maintain current knowledge of electromechanical standards and market rates Support cost estimation and pricing strategies Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations Coordinate with other engineering disciplines on projects
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electromechanical contracting in UAE Valid UAE Driving License Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Strong knowledge of UAE market rates for materials and labor Experience in cost estimation and project budgeting Technical drawing and BIM software knowledge (preferred) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
