Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced electromechanical systems combining mechanical and electrical components
• Improve performance and efficiency of existing systems through analysis and optimization
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical and mechanical designs
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new and improved product designs
• Prepare technical documents including specifications, reports, and testing procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electromechanical issues
• Participate in product testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
• Incorporate automation, control systems, and IoT technologies into product designs
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and field service teams
• Stay updated on emerging industry technologies, standards, and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of electromechanical engineering or product design experience
• Skilled in CAD tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and industrial controls
• Experience in product development and engineering documentation
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and system integration
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with IoT applications and automation technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PE certification preferred
