to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and coordinated MEP drawings for commercial and residential projects, in line with project specifications and local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed MEP drawings (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems) using AutoCAD.
Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
Collaborate with MEP engineers to ensure design accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Update drawings based on site conditions and engineering revisions.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ADDC, ADM, Estidama).
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical qualification.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MEP field, preferably in the UAE.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP or other BIM software is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, symbols, and coordination procedures.
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi standards and authority approvals.
Proficiency in English/Arabic is a plus.
