ï? He is a Diploma holder or equivalent Electro mechanical degree. ï? He should familiar with the cleaning machineries from major brand like Roots, Nilfisk, Numatic, karcher (Ride on machine, Walk behind Machine, Single disk scrubber, Vacuum cleaners Etc.) ï? To be able to perform PPM & AMC. ï? Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to rectify the equipment problems. ï? Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear. ï? Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices. ï? Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs. ï? Clean machines and machine parts, using cleaning solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other equipment. ï? Read work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance. ï? Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information. ï? Set up and operate machines, and adjust controls to regulate operations. ï? Transport machine parts, tools, equipment, and other material between work areas and storage, using cranes, hoists, or dollies. ï? Collect and discard worn machine parts and other refuse in order to maintain machinery and work areas. ï? Inventory and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies so that stock can be maintained and replenished. ï? Stock spare parts to be maintain.
