Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Electro-Mechanical Manager

with an engineering background to oversee all aspects of mechanical and electrical systems across our projects. The ideal candidate must be a

qualified engineer (Electrical or Mechanical)

with a proven track record in managing MEP works in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the planning, design review, execution, and delivery of electro-mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical systems). Review engineering designs, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance with project specifications. Supervise on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and quality control of MEP systems. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project progress, cost, and schedule for MEP packages. Identify and resolve technical issues on-site and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all MEP works are executed as per local authority requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

Minimum 8-12 years

of experience in MEP works, including at least 3 years in a managerial role Proven experience in handling high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, or industrial facilities Strong knowledge of MEP codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, DEWA/SEWA/ADDC guidelines, etc.) Excellent project coordination, communication, and leadership skills Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MEP-specific software (e.g., Revit, HAP, DIALux) Certification in PMP or relevant project management is an added advantage UAE/GCC experience preferred; valid UAE driving license is a plus

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
