Responsible for electrical and plumbing maintenance of residential and commercial buildings, including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain electrical systems (lighting, DBs, wiring, etc.).
Install and fix plumbing systems (pipes, pumps, water heaters, fixtures).
Handle emergency maintenance requests.
Follow safety standards and building codes.
Maintain tools and daily work reports.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing.
3+ years of real estate or facility maintenance experience.
Knowledge of UAE building systems preferred.
Basic English communication.
