Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in maintenance or facility management Familiarity with various plumbing systems (PPR, UPVC, HDPE, copper, GI, etc.) Ability to read technical drawings and plumbing schematics Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in plumbing work Physically fit, with the ability to work in confined spaces and on ladders Good communication and teamwork skills Trade certification or vocational training in plumbing (preferred)
Electrician-
Proven work experience as a maintenance or facility electrician Familiarity with LV systems, wiring, circuit breakers, panels, and lighting systems Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layout diagrams Skilled in the use of testing tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, etc. Physically capable of handling electrical maintenance tasks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or ITI trade (Electrician)
Ductman-
Proven experience as a ductman in HVAC installation or maintenance Ability to read HVAC layouts, blueprints, and ducting schematics Skilled in the use of duct fabrication tools, sheet metal handling, and installation techniques Knowledge of duct types: GI, PI, pre-insulated, flexible, etc. Understanding of airflow and pressure balancing in HVAC systems Physically fit with the ability to work at heights or in confined spaces Trade certificate or diploma in HVAC or ducting (preferred)
Mason
- Proven experience as a mason in construction or maintenance environments Skilled in brick/block laying, plastering, screeding, and tile work Ability to handle hand and power tools used in civil repairs Understanding of material ratios for concrete/mortar mixes Ability to interpret basic civil sketches or instructions Physically fit with the ability to work under varying site conditions Knowledge of safety standards and proper PPE use all 3-5 years experience salary package 1800-2000 plus overtime
