We are looking for a 10 Electrician with diploma for one of our Decoration Company in
Al Ain.
An Electrician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. They work with electrical wiring, circuits, and equipment, ensuring everything functions safely and in compliance with local codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of Electrical Systems
Install electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, and equipment in new and existing buildings, including residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.
Ensure electrical systems are properly connected and meet all required specifications.
Install control systems, alarm systems, and other electrical systems according to blueprints and electrical codes.
Maintenance and Repair
Perform regular maintenance checks on electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical issues such as faulty circuits, broken equipment, or malfunctioning systems.
Repair or replace defective wiring, outlets, and electrical fixtures.
Safety Compliance
Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety standards and regulatory codes (e.g., National Electric Code, OSHA regulations).
Follow proper procedures for handling electrical tools and equipment.
Inspect electrical systems and equipment for potential hazards and take corrective action when necessary.
Electrical Testing and Diagnostics
Use various testing tools (multimeters, circuit testers) to check the functionality of electrical systems.
Conduct voltage, continuity, and resistance tests to identify issues with circuits and systems.
Troubleshooting
Diagnose electrical problems quickly and efficiently.
Determine the cause of electrical failures or malfunctions and implement the most cost-effective and efficient solution.
Upgrades and Renovations
Work on electrical upgrades, such as increasing power capacity or updating lighting systems.
Rewire existing systems to improve functionality, safety, or energy efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and installations.
Complete reports for clients or supervisors detailing electrical issues, repairs, and upgrades.
Collaboration
Work with other tradespeople (plumbers, HVAC technicians, construction workers) during new construction or renovation projects.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members regarding work progress and issues.
Qualifications:
Education:
A
diploma
in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field from a recognized technical institute or vocational school.
Successful completion of an apprenticeship or on-the-job training may also be required for certain roles.
