Electrician (Indoor & Outdoor)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in both indoor and outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to work on residential, commercial, and outdoor projects (including landscape lighting, pool systems, and external power supply).

Key Responsibilities

Indoor Electrical Work

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting, power sockets, switches, and control systems. Troubleshoot faults in residential, office, and commercial building electrical systems. Install circuit breakers, distribution boards, and backup systems (UPS/generators). Ensure compliance with safety standards and local electrical codes. Collaborate with renovation/construction teams on fit-outs and interior projects.
Outdoor Electrical Work

Install and maintain outdoor lighting (streetlights, garden lights, pool lighting, facade illumination). Handle underground wiring, cabling, and waterproof connections. Work on outdoor power supply systems for landscaping, signage, parking areas, and external equipment. Conduct routine inspections to ensure outdoor electrical infrastructure is weather-resistant and up to code. Repair and maintain outdoor switchgear, feeder pillars, and control panels.
Qualifications & Skills

Valid electrician license (where required by local regulations). Proven experience in both indoor and outdoor electrical works. Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficient in using electrical tools, testing devices, and safety equipment. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying conditions.
Work Conditions

Work may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, and underground installations. May require flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on project timelines. Must adhere strictly to health and safety standards at all times.
