JOB SUMMARYMain Duties/Responsibilities:

To carry out repairs, maintenance and installation work related to electrical equipment and spares which reflect the standard of Hotel.
To ensure all the portable appliances are PAT tested as per the FLS matrix.
Ensure all the electrical distribution panels, Plant rooms, electrical equipment are tested and maintained as per requirements.
Ensure that all Work Order, PPM & CWA\xe2\x80\x99s and General Maintenance works are executed as directed by the Team Leaders.
Knowledge of maintaining Fire, Life & Safety System and records.
Knowledge of HVAC/Electrical /Mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs.
Sound knowledge of starting methods from motors, pumps and use of various chemicals for swimming pools.
Ensure that the par level is maintained for the fast moving electrical spares in the stores.

Candidate Profile

High School Diploma.
Trade certificate in Electrical
Basics of Building Management System.
Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in hotel engineering or general engineering as an Electrical Technician
Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Hotel industry.
Enable to work with multicultural team.
Good command in English (spoken and written)
