Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrician (Labour) to join our electromechanical team. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components on construction sites, ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Install wiring, conduit, lighting, switches, sockets, and circuit breakers in residential and commercial buildings Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Support temporary power supply setup for construction sites Inspect and test electrical systems and components to ensure functionality and safety Identify and resolve electrical faults or potential hazards Install and connect distribution boards (DBs) and related components Collaborate with site engineers, foremen, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow Maintain compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations Keep tools and equipment in good condition and report any issues immediately Follow company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE at all times

Requirements

Minimum 2 year of experience as electrician in UAE Basic knowledge of electrical tools and materials Physically fit and able to work in hot weather conditions Ability to work long hours and follow instructions Must be punctual, hardworking, and a team player Understanding of safety protocols at construction sites Preferably with experience in UAE or GCC countries

Preferred Qualification

High School or Trade Certificate in Electrical (not mandatory for labour post) Basic understanding of English or Hindi (to understand safety instructions)
