Job Summary:

The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The role involves ensuring electrical safety, troubleshooting faults, and delivering high-quality workmanship according to standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical systems, lighting, and fixtures. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Inspect electrical components (transformers, circuit breakers, etc.) for safety and functionality. Diagnose and repair electrical issues using proper tools and testing devices. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations. Test and install control systems, panels, switches, and outlets. Provide support for electrical upgrades and new installations. Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns or service calls. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an electrician or similar role. Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety regulations. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. Skilled in using electrical tools, meters, and testing equipment. Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset. Physically fit for manual tasks, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Trade certification or diploma in Electrical (preferred).

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,250.00 per month
