Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks in residential or commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine wiring layouts, pipe placements, and fixture installations.
- Install, repair, or replace electrical systems, including wiring, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
- Install, repair, or replace plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, identify the root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Test electrical and plumbing systems using appropriate tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently and within specified timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs, material usage, and service reports.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and building codes related to electrical and plumbing systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing expert advice on electrical and plumbing matters.
