Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate MEP works (electrical & plumbing) on site.
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
Allocate staff and labour efficiently across different sites.
Monitor site activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely execution.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project management team.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for smooth execution.
Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress.
Requirements:
Minimum
4 years' construction work experience
in electrical and plumbing works.
Valid
UAE driving licence
(mandatory).
Ability to
read and understand drawings
.
Strong leadership skills to handle and manage site labour.
Good communication and coordination skills.
