Electrician
Job Description
Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical parts of extrusion machines, injection molding machines, mixers, cutters, cooling systems, and compressors.
Diagnose electrical faults and rectify issues quickly to reduce production stoppages.
Diagnose and repair mechanical failures, including:
Bearings, shafts, gears, couplings, belts, chains
Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, pumps, and valves
Ensure proper functioning of motors, drives, PLCs, heaters, and control panels.
Install electrical wiring, panels, and connections for new machines and equipment.
Assist in commissioning new extrusion or molding machines.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance*
Conduct regular preventive maintenance of electrical systems and machines.
Maintain logs of repairs, breakdowns, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and factory regulations.
Report unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
Provide technical assistance during machine setup and changeovers.
Work with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Maintain records of electrical works, spares used, and maintenance activities.
Suggest improvements for energy efficiency and machine reliability.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
Experience:
