Instrument Wiring

: Disconnected and connected wiring for various instruments to enable safe removal and reinstallation during equipment maintenance or overhaul.

Instrument Calibration

: Performed calibration and accuracy checks of pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments to ensure reliable operation.

Control Valve Testing

: Conducted functional tests and made necessary adjustments to control valves to verify correct operation.

Digital Control System Tuning

: Checked and fine-tuned digital control systems (such as DCS or PLC) for proper responsiveness and process control accuracy.

Testing and Simulation

: Carried out

interlock testing

and

simulation testing

to verify correct system responses and ensure safety logic functionality.

Key Skills

:

Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems Experience with wiring, calibration, and troubleshooting of industrial instruments Proficient in interpreting electrical and control schematics Familiar with safety standards for electrical and control systems Skilled in conducting system tests and verifying interlocks
