We are looking for Electrician who can join us immediately and has the following skills:

Ensures the efficient operation of all electrical equipment as well as installation and replacement of connections and equipment. To coordinate with other colleagues in the department.

JOB DESCRIPTION



Install, maintain and repair electrical equipment, Electrical wiring control, DB wiring. Read electrical technical diagrams of electrical control & appliance. Perform general maintenance for DB, LV rooms HV rooms. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices in daily complaint received. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures the apartment, Guest rooms, Electrical rooms, & in common area. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes Conduct Circuit breaker corrective maintenance. Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment, ammeters, and test lamps. Good knowledge of electrical systems. Inform Supervisor on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous Troubleshoot & repair of various test equipment To maintain stock / materials for any contingency
