Job Description

We are hiring an Electrician to support maintenance, MEP, and fit-out projects. The role involves performing electrical installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. The position requires hands-on technical skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installations, wiring, and repairs. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Install and maintain DBs, switches, sockets, lighting, and control systems. Conduct preventive maintenance for MEP and fit-out projects. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
Teamwork & Collaboration

Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and project teams. Support fit-out teams during installation and commissioning. Communicate issues and progress updates clearly.
Process & Reporting

Complete work orders and maintenance reports accurately. Follow company procedures and safety protocols. Report faults, required materials, and inspection findings.
Requirements

Education

Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, MEP, or fit-out work.
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings. Familiarity with tools, testing equipment, and safety procedures.
Soft Skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities. Problem-solving and attention to detail. Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

Working Hours: 8-9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week
Location Type: On-site (Al Quoz)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
