Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to install, maintain, inspect, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The Electrician will ensure safe and efficient electrical operations across residential, commercial, or industrial environments following UAE safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, switches, sockets, and lighting systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose faults in wiring, circuits, and equipment. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems. Install and maintain distribution boards, MCBs, panels, and control systems. Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and company HSE policies. Repair or replace damaged electrical components or systems. Assist with electrical work during fit-out, renovations, or new installations. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians for timely project completion. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas safely and efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Electrician (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams. Good understanding of safety procedures and lockout/tagout systems. Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education

Diploma/ITI in Electrical or equivalent technical qualification. Electrical certification is an added advantage.

Work Environment

Sites, facilities, or client premises. May require shift work, emergency call-outs, or overtime depending on operational needs.
