Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Site Survey: Conduct on-site inspections of buildings intended for screen installation. Assess and document details such as installation points, power access routes, and construction methods. Communicate feasibility with the property's engineering staff.

On-site Screen Installation: Collaborate as a team (electrician and engineering assistant) to install screens in the lobbies, elevator entrances, and inside elevators of contracted buildings in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Ensure the installation meets both company and property requirements.

Construction Coordination: Communicate with construction teams, technical teams, and the target building's engineering department to ensure timely completion of the construction plan. Supervise the construction process to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.

Equipment Debugging: Install and debug screen parameters to ensure proper functioning. After training, be able to troubleshoot general faults.

Operation and Maintenance: Regularly inspect equipment and perform preventive maintenance to ensure long-term stable operation. Assist in completing advertising releases and publications.

Documentation and Reporting: Fill out required forms and system software as needed. Manage various documents systematically. Apply for construction permits and parking spaces from the property management of target buildings to facilitate smooth entry for the construction team.

Job Requirements:

Fluent in English for effective communication during construction and site surveys. On-the-job training will be provided; strong learning ability and clear thinking are required.

Prior experience in engineering-related work is preferred.

Salary will be determined based on local standards.

Electrician positions require a valid UAE electrician license or relevant certification.
