Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Industrial Electrician

to join our maintenance team at a cement factory in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, motors, and equipment essential for plant operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial environments and strong knowledge of electrical safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot

industrial electrical systems

, including motors, control panels, MCCs, VFDs, and lighting systems. Carry out

preventive and corrective maintenance

on electrical equipment to minimize plant downtime. Inspect, test, and repair

wiring, circuit breakers, relays, transformers, and switchgears

. Assist in

motor rewinding, cabling, earthing, and panel assembly

as required. Read and interpret

electrical diagrams, schematics, and control circuit drawings

accurately. Collaborate with the mechanical and instrumentation teams during breakdown and shutdown maintenance. Ensure all electrical works comply with

UAE and company HSE regulations

. Maintain daily activity logs and report defects or anomalies promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

ITI / Diploma

in Electrical or Industrial Maintenance. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as an Industrial Electrician in a

cement, steel, or heavy manufacturing plant

. Solid knowledge of

three-phase power systems, PLC control wiring, and motor control circuits

. Familiar with

testing instruments

such as multimeters, meggers, and clamp meters. GCC / UAE experience preferred.

Skills Required:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure during breakdowns. Sound understanding of

electrical safety standards and PPE usage

. Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
