Job Description
Job Summary:
The Electrician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. This includes ensuring all work is done safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes and project specifications.
Qualification:
Diploma or ITI trade technical certificate in electrical technology
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, switches, sockets, lighting systems, and distribution boards.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective repairs to restore system functionality.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Install electrical fixtures and fittings such as fans, lights, isolators, and power outlets.
Test continuity of circuits using test equipment to ensure compatibility and safety.
Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other trades (HVAC, plumbing, civil)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
