We are looking for experienced

Electricians

with expertise in

interior fit-out projects

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in

wiring, lighting installation, power distribution, and electrical maintenance

for residential and commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

? Installing, maintaining, and repairing

electrical wiring, fixtures, and panels

? Reading and understanding

electrical drawings and technical plans

? Ensuring proper

cabling and wiring for lighting, sockets, and power outlets

? Testing electrical systems for

safety and functionality

? Troubleshooting and fixing

electrical faults

on-site
?Following

UAE electrical safety standards and regulations

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and systems. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaking pipes, clogged drains, and water heaters. Conduct routine inspections of electrical and plumbing systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals. Coordinate with other maintenance staff to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Requirements:

? Minimum

2 years of experience

as an Electrician cum plumber in interior fit-out projects
? Knowledge of

electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, and power distribution

? Ability to use

electrical tools, meters, and testing devices

? Understanding of

UAE electrical codes and safety guidelines

Knowledge of local electrical and plumbing codes and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment if required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or technical certificate in Electrical/Plumbing preferred. Valid trade license or certification
