Job Description
Job Purpose:
To carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with electrical codes and safety standards to ensure smooth and safe operation at project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and related equipment. Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure electrical systems are operating efficiently. Diagnose electrical problems using appropriate testing devices and repair faulty wiring, equipment, or fixtures. Ensure all electrical installations meet local regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Support MEP and site teams during project execution to ensure timely completion of electrical works. Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment. Monitor the usage of materials and tools, ensuring minimal wastage and timely requisition of required items. Report any faults, safety issues, or incidents to the Electrical Engineer or Supervisor immediately. Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
