Job Description
An electrician in a signage company installs, maintains, and repairs electrical components for illuminated and digital signs. Responsibilities include wiring LED, neon, and fluorescent systems, ensuring all electrical connections meet safety codes, and troubleshooting lighting or power issues. They assist with sign installations by providing safe and reliable power access, often working at heights using lifts or ladders. Electricians may also install power for digital displays, set up transformers, and perform routine maintenance. Knowledge of electrical codes, blueprint reading, and safe tool operation is essential.
